Twenty-eight local students were awarded the 2022 Thomas M. Knoll Memorial Scholarship, according to a news release from Quaker Window Products.
Eligible students must have a parent or legal guardian working at Quaker or be an employee themselves.
Recipients were:
• Mallory Adrian, of Eugene High School, who plans to attend Moberly Area Community College for occupational therapy
• Jayden Backues, of Vienna High School, who plans to attend Missouri Welding Institute for master pipe welding and fitting
• Laney Bassett, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Ozarks Technical Community College and Missouri State University for studies in the medical field
• Erin Bock, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Missouri State or Ozarks Tech for criminology
• Carson Brauner, of Helias High School, who plans to attend State Technical College of Missouri for agri-business
• Caroline Buechter, of St. Petersburg. Elizabeth High School, who plans to attend Missouri University of Science and Technology for civil engineering
• Reece Chiles, of Helias High School, who plans to attend the University of Kansas for communication disorders and sciences
• Hannah Darr, of Vienna High School, who plans to attend East Central College for occupational therapy
• Hailey Dickneite, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Missouri State for elementary education
• Jonathan Dickneite, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend William Woods University for business
• Mackenzie Kesel, of Eldon High School, who plans to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City for chemistry and a pre-medical course of study
• Emma Kleffner, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend the University of Missouri in Columbia for nuclear medicine
• Alexandra Kliethermes, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Truman State University for molecular biology
• Reagan Kliethermes, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Central Missouri State University for communications
• Lucas Magner, of Vienna High School, who plans to attend College of the Ozarks for conservation management
• Delana Obenauer, of Vienna High School, who plans to study biology
• Charity Overton, of Eldon High School, who plans to attend the University of Missouri in Columbia for business communications marketing
• Leo Peters, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend MU for engineering
• Megan Plassmeyer, of St. Elizabeth High School, who plans to attend State Tech for drafting and design
• Audrey Struemph, of St. Elizabeth High School, who plans to attend the University of Arkansas for business marketing
• Colin Stuecken, of Kearney High School, who plans to attend State Tech for electrical distribution systems
• Benjamin Verslues, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend MU for health sciences
• Lee Verslues, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Westminster College for business and marketing
Saige Verslues, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Missouri State for nursing
• Saige Werdenhausen, of St. Petersburg. Elizabeth High School, who plans to attend State Tech for nursing
• Emily Wilde, of St. Elizabeth High School, who plans to attend Ozark Tech for nursing
• Jenna Wiles, of Dixon High School, who plans to attend State Tech for nursing
• Ella Winkleman, of Fatima High School, who plans to attend Truman State for communications disorders.
